When should I visit Critical Care ?

If you have a condition that requires; immediate attention or stitches, had an accident which may require an X-ray, are suffering from chest or severe pain elsewhere or breathlessness you should come straight to our Critical Care Unit.

Patients are assessed and given a priority on arrival and you could be waiting some considerable time if your condition is minor or easily treatable.

If you are suffering from a condition that has been causing you small discomfort but you would normally visit your GP for treatment, it may be more appropriate for you.

Waiting times

There are no such things as appointments in Critical Care Unit, a patient can be brought in at anytime who needs instant attention from the staff and they will take priority over others waiting for treatment.

Coming to Critical Care Unit , entering the hospital and parking?

The main entrance to Kasemrad Hospital on Prachachuen Road is nearest Critical Care Unit and is to the right of the main entrance. As you enter the hospital grounds Critical Care Unit is on the right-hand side. Please use the car park provided for free of charge.
