In the past, all lasers or intense pulsed light treatments were found to be either ineffective or produce unpredictable result for treatment of melasma. This new laser is the most advance laser for treatment of pigmented problems. The unique property of this laser is its short and long pulsed homogenous beam laser. The laser spot size is large up to 7 mm diameter which is largest among Nd:YAG lasers. This will enhance smooth and deep penetration of laser into dermis. The result is faster and more homogenous lightening of colour than the older instruments. The treatment will be performed with topical anesthetic cream.
